The Town of Richlands, the Town is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional debris removal and cleanup services for the Clinch River. The work is necessary to mitigate public safety hazards and restore the natural environment following the significant floods that occurred in February 2025. The project focuses on the removal of accumulated debris, including trees, biological material, and man-made trash, from bridge abutments and riverbanks with in the Town's jurisdiction.
