The University of Lethbridge (U of L) is looking for a proponent to supply all fleet devices to the Lethbridge and Calgary campuses. (a) Secure new fleet of devices campus wide - University seeks to upgrade and enhance the current solution using a contemporary hardware fleet and a software solution that emulates the current workflow; This solution must be flexible and scalable to future requirements. (b) Supplementary Services - Respondent shall provide a detailed portfolio of additional products and services to augment and complement the current solution, such as digital document management that the University may choose to leverage.
