The City of Phoenix is seeking to enter into contract with one or more qualified, experienced consultants to provide asbestos testing, lead-based paint testing, and radon testing and mitigation services on an as needed basis in support of the Lead Hazard Control, Housing Rehabilitation, Neighborhood Enhancement and Infrastructure, Public Facilities, and Housing Department programs. Other City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department programs may also retain services under this agreement.
