Project Description: This Contract provides for the troubleshooting and repair of Water Station 7, Well 1, located at 11595 NE 16th St., Vancouver, WA 98684, and Water Station 15, Well 3, located at 2795 NE 84th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98662. Contractor shall perform comprehensive diagnostics by conducting a full assessment of the existing wells systems and identifying current deficiencies as well as worn or outdated components. Contractor shall then repair or make adjustments to both wells. The City will be responsible for performing any electrical work involved in these repairs, including disconnection and reconnection of power to the wells, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 120 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
