Juvenile Detention Facility

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Garland County, Arkansas, Garland County Sheriff’s Office, is seeking proposals from Arkansas detention facilities for the housing of juvenile offenders. Proposals will be accepted beginning October 7, 2024, until 2 p.m., October 28, 2024, at the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901, at which time proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Proposals must be sealed and the outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY”

Proposals will not be accepted by fax or email.  They must be received by mail or hand delivered.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or portions thereof.
