Renovations to laundry and food prep areas. Modifications include demolition of existing laminate casework with stainless steel casework. Commercial grade dishwashers will be provided at each food prep area. One existing dishwasher will be relocated to the cat prep area. Existing washers and dryers will be replaced with new. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems will be modified to suit the revisions.
