Goochland County, Virginia (County) is seeking sealed proposals to enter into a contract for professional fireworks display services from licensed and qualified contractors with previous experience in the design, production, and execution of large-scale community fireworks events. The selected contractor will be expected to design and choreograph the display, provide all necessary equipment and licensed personnel, obtain required permits, coordinate with County and public safety officials, ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, execute the display on the scheduled date, and provide post-event cleanup and disposal in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
