Description: |
The Office of Administration (OA) is requesting technical submittals for systems integrator(s) to administer and manage, build connections between software, networking, and storage products for a Permits, Licenses, and Certification (PLC) technical solution.
OA’s Office of Information Technology (OA/IT) has selected Salesforce as the foundational permit solution. The integrator selected through this RFP must be qualified and provide proof of certification to build and support Salesforce platform. The solution will be cloud hosted by Salesforce. The selected Offeror(s) shall implement the solution and perform all customization, configurations and other work to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and operation of a PLC system. The PLC technical solution will implement the permits, licenses, and certification requirements of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and may include additional Commonwealth agencies in future phases.
