The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDA) intends to renew an agreement with Bluepeak for up to six (6) months to provide Television Services for the Minnesota Veterans Home in Luverne, MN.
Bluepeak is the current provider for these services to MVH-Luverne. We are actively resoliciting this contract, with SWIFT Event 2000016479. Extending the current contract will prevent any interruption in services while the new solicitation is conducted. MVH-Luverne has determined that Bluepeak, as the incumbent supplier, is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source purchase because contract 217848, Television Services for MVH-Luverne, is currently held and supported by Bluepeak and is not available from other third parties.
