General Statement of Work
The Tennessee & Oneida Storm Phase 3 project is the 3rd of 4 phases to complete the entire reach that will relieve flooding in S Oneida St at the existing sump located just north of Tennessee Ave. Phase 3 will install 8’ x 7’ RCBC in Mississippi Ave from approximately 100’ east of S Monaco St Pkwy, where Phase 2 left off, to the intersection of Mississippi Ave and S Oneida St, about 50’ north of Mississippi Ave. This project will also relocate existing sanitary main from Monaco St Pkwy to approximately midway between Monaco and Oneida in Mississippi Ave. The project will also include asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, landscaping restoration, and miscellaneous concrete flatwork restoration.

Prequalification: Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1E(4) Piped Sewer at or above the $10,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City’s Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors.
