RFQ: Welton Street Study

The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for the Welton Street Study RFQ documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti .

General Statement of Work: The Welton Corridor Study scope includes a comprehensive corridor assessment, including transit performance, safety, and traffic operations. The study will also evaluate land use context, redevelopment, and equity considerations to ensure recommendations reflect community needs and citywide goals. A central component of the scope is collaboration with the community to develop a shared vision for Welton Street that supports vibrancy for residents and visitors while honoring the corridor’s cultural heritage. Through technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, and concept development, the project will define a clear roadmap for investments that enhance safety, accessibility, and multimodal connectivity along Welton.

Questions Deadline: January 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time.

Submittals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet . Submittals are due at 1:00 p.m. on February 3, 2026 . Late submissions will not be accepted.
