MANDATORY SOLICITATION CONFERENCE
A mandatory solicitation conference will be held on 07/08/2026 via virtual meeting to discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The virtual meeting may be accessed via this LINK . The conference will commence promptly at 1:00 PM, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the conference. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the solicitation conference due to their arriving after the conference has convened. Suppliers who fail to attend the mandatory solicitation conference will be deemed not responsive.

SUMMARY

This project is to stabilize and protect existing wetland embankments at various wildlife areas. Projects may include mowing, mulching, and/or grubbing woody vegetation less than five inches DBH; stabilizing the embankment; placing geotextile fabric on the embankment; placing riprap on the embankment; and restoring access routes to pre-construction condition.
