Hays County, Texas (“County”) is seeking a well-qualified company to provide janitorial services for Hays County facilities in accordance with the terms and Scope of Services specified herein. There are currently 15 different locations throughout Hays County that require janitorial services. All services provided and materials used shall be in accordance with acceptable industry standards and all federal, state and local guidelines, rules and codes.
