Description:

The work performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing preliminary engineering (PE) design for removal of a fish passage barrier culvert on Parish Creek at W Belfair Valley Road. The proposed improvements include removal of an existing 48-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert, removal of a concrete spillway, construction of a two-lane bridge, and restoration of approximately 130 feet of Parish Creek using engineered streambed sediments and large woody material (LWM).
