Minna Natoma Streetscape Project Rebid

Scope of Work: located along Minna Street from Salesforce Transit Center to 3rd Street and along Natoma Street from 2nd Street to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) in District 6 of San Francisco, California, and consists of demolition, environmental, sewer, water, paving, structural, traffic signal, street light, streetscape, traffic control, and all related work.

The time allowed for completion is 540 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $7,840,000.

A pre-bid meeting will be held by conference call on Thursday, December 5, 2024 starting at 11:00 a.m.
