Bid Synopsis: The Department of Administration (DOA), through its Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS), requests Bids for Barbering and Cosmetology Examination Services for the State of Wisconsin and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.

Examination services are for applicant processing, examination content, and examination administration services to supply the National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology (NIC) national written and practical examinations in Testing Center locations throughout Wisconsin and boarding states. These include the retaking of examinations and temporary licenses for the professions of barbering, cosmetology, manicurist, aesthetician, electrologist, and instructors.
