The County Los Angeles Probation Department (Department) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for a Contract with an organization that can provide Observed Biological Specimen Collection for Drug Testing and Laboratory Confirmation Reporting Services. The County plans to award one (1) contract to the highest ranked and most responsive proposal. Interested and qualified Proposers, who have demonstrated their experience in successfully providing services of this type, are invited to submit proposals, provided they meet the Minimum Mandatory Qualifications as set forth in the Attachment. A copy of RFP #6402406 can also be accessed from the following websites: http://camisvr.co.la.ca.us/lacobids https://probation.lacounty.gov/current-solicitations/ There will be a Virtual Proposers’ Conference where County representatives will be available to answer any questions about the RFP process and objectives. The Virtual Proposers’ Conference will be held on December 19, 2024, 2:00 p.m., PT. Those planning to attend, please notify Oscar Rivas at Oscar.Rivas@probation.lacounty.gov by December 18, 2024, 12:00 p.m., PT. PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00 P.M., PT ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 2025.
