The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG), Environmental Section is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to develop environmental awareness and compliance training modules for the AKARNG and DMVA personnel as specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Deadline for Receipt of Proposal: Current deadline for receipt of proposals submitted in response to this RFP is 2:00 P.M. Alaska Standard Time, September 5, 2025. Information on submitting proposal can be found in the attached RFP. Late proposals will be rejected.

Pre-proposal Teleconference: A pre-proposal teleconference will be held at 09:30 A.M., Alaska Standard Time, on August 21, 2025. The purpose of the Teleconference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP. This meeting is not a mandatory requirement but highly encouraged for interested vendors.
