Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), now known as HireAbility (HA) Vermont, is a statewide direct service organization within the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) in the Agency of Human Services (AHS), jointly hereafter “State.” HA provides vocational rehabilitation and employment services for Vermonters with disabilities. The Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DBVI) is the Designated State Unit that provides vocational rehabilitation services for individuals with visual impairments. The purpose of the HA and DBVI programs is to help Vermonters with disabilities to gain and maintain employment. Complete descriptions of the HA and DBVI programs can be found at the following websites: https://vocrehab.vermont.gov or https://HireabilityVT.com and https://dbvi.vermont.gov/. HA/DBVI are seeking a contractor who can provide Participant Purchasing Cards (PPC) for use by program participants.
The State of Vermont is interested in obtaining bids to meet the following business need(s): The State is seeking a contractor to provide development and implementation of key aspects of a Resilient Workplace Certification program in conjunction with a Return-to-Work research demonstration project.
