Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from veterinarians able to provide medical services and medicine necessary for the medical care of the James City County Police K-9 Unit, and potential future Police K9’s and Fire Marshal’s K-9. To be considered, the provider(s) must be located within traveling time of thirty (30) minutes from the Law Enforcement Center located at 4600 Opportunity Way, Williamsburg VA 23188.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm on December 4, 2024. Submissions are required to be uploaded electronically into Demand Star. *See instructions in the RFP Attachment C.

Questions related to this RFP are to be submitted in writing via email by no later than 2:00 pm on November 18, 2024.
