Request for Quotation (RFQ) - Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) Equipment for Tunisia Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and part 13. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z02325Q92200029 is issued as an RFQ. This solicitation incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 Effective May 12, 2025.

The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a single firm-fixed price purchase order on a competitive basis for VBSS Equipment in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program for Tunisia.

Questions must be emailed to Dennis Kokoskie (Dennis.D.Kokoskie@uscg.mil) and Micha Wisniewski (Micha.A.Wisniewski@uscg.mil) by 2:00 PM EST, July 28, 2025. Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.

The applicable NAICS code is 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 550 employees.

This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
