Description
Construct a non-standard, mission-specific Guided Missile Radar Antenna Maintenance Facility at Letterkenny Army Depot. The facility will be approximately 4,928 square feet and accommodate an anechoic chamber (Government Furnished and installed Equipment), ingress/egress, administrative and support spaces. This facility will include information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, and intrusion detection system (IDS) connections. Sustainable Design and Development (SDD) and Energy Policy Act 2005 (EPA 2005) features will be provided. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm water retention, information systems, landscaping and signage, removal of existing hardstand. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained systems. Accessibility for individuals with disabilities will be provided as required. Measures in accordance with the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism for Buildings standards will be provided. Comprehensive building and furnishings related to interior design services are required. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years in accordance with DoDs Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200- 02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance. Demolish 1 building at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA (101 Total SF). ** Notice is being given that solicitation is anticipated Monday, 21 July 2025. draft specifications and drawings are attached to provide as much time as possible to begin review. Action will be a best value tradeoff with streamlined procedures, minimal submittals, Magnitude $5 - $10M.
