Project Description: Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA or the Authority) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Uniformed, Unarmed Guard services for its six (6) Elderly and Disabled Midrise Apartment buildings, the Grandy Village Learning Center, and the Calvert Square Investment Center located throughout the City of Norfolk, VA.
