Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award a service contract to a Contractor to replace a twelve inch riser valve on the 500,000 gallon water tower at the Camp Ripley Training Center, 15000 Highway 115, Little Falls, MN 56345.

THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or E-mail response will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. Your bid is not submitted until you select the 'Submit Bid' button. You will receive a confirmation message when your bid has been submitted. Print and save your confirmation.

All questions should be submitted no later than the date and time defined in Section 1 of the Request For Bid. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.

If a Responder discovers a significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Audrey Thesing in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.

If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. The Department of Military Affairs will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
