REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for Northern Region Facilities 2026 Job Order Construction Contract, Program Number PF-JOCC-2026-NR, will be received before 4:00 p.m., May 11, 2026 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to State-owned facilities in Northern Region. The Contractor shall be responsible for both design and construction work.

The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year.

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Monday, April 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. via teleconference. Please contact the Project Manager, Jeremy Langton, at (907) 451-2639 or jeremy.langton@alaska.gov at last 48 hours prior to the conference to RSVP and obtain the meeting call-in information.

Proposal documents and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your bid may not be accepted.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
