The 31st Contracting Squadron requires an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract vehicle to provide Title I, Title II, and Other Architect & Engineering (A-E) Services to support Aviano Air Force Base and Geographical Separated Units (GSU) located within the Italian territory.
