Amendment #1
The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to: Clarify the stockpiling location for aggregate.
This IS a mandatory return amendment.
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting and Procurement, is soliciting bids for a one-time, Federally Funded purchase of E-1 Aggregate to Dyea Road in Skagway for the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Maintenance & Operations (M&O) Division.
Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Alaska Standard Time on April 23rd, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.
Bidders may submit bids either electronically or in hard copy.
If submitting via U.S. Mail or Courier Delivery Service, bidders must submit the original hard copy of their bid in writing to the procurement officer in a sealed package.
