Overview

Summary

The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are hereby requesting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, material, tools, and equipment necessary to perform grounds maintenance services for County-owned buildings, parks, and lot sites throughout Charles County. The County may elect to contract with more than one Contractor.

The current sites to be serviced are comprised of the following:

Area I - County Buildings & Parks (North) 14 sites
Area II - County Buildings & Parks (South) 15 sites

Pre-Bid Meeting Registration Deadline:

January 28, 2025, 9:00am

Firms must register in advance to attend the pre-bid meeting via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager. Firms that have registered timely will receive participation instructions.

Pre-Bid Meeting (Non-Mandatory):

January 29, 2025, 10:00am

Firms that registered timely and via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager will receive participation instructions. The attendance roster will be published on the County's eProcurement Portal.

Question Submission Deadline:

February 5, 2025, 9:00am

Questions shall be submitted via the eProcurement Portal Question & Answer feature prior to the due date and time specified. The County will not provide responses to questions received after the deadline.

Bid Opening Registration Deadline:

February 18, 2025, 9:00am

Registration is required to attend the bid opening. Bidders interested in participating in the bid opening must register electronically via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager. Pricing will be available on the eProcurement Portal after the Bid Opening.

Bid Submission Deadline:

February 19, 2025, 10:00am

Bid Opening:

February 19, 2025, 10:05am

Bids received timely will be opened virtually. Pricing will be available on the eProcurement Portal after the Bid Opening.
