CMAR for TRES RIOS WRF Production Facility

Tucson Water is requesting a CMAR professional contractor to add a high lift booster pump station, disinfection, at Tres Rios Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to deliver treated water effluent to an existing reclaimed water pipeline in Ina Road to supply additional reclaimed water to the Northwest Area.

The current allocation of reclaimed water from Tres Rio WRF is sent to the Santa Cruz River where some of the flow is being used for recharge credits and some is lost as it flows past the Lower Santa Cruz River Managed Recharge Project (LSCRMRP). Tucson Water is leading efforts to add infrastructure to Tres Rios WRF to supply the Northwest Area with additional reclaimed water demand and to reduce lost water that flows past the LSCRMRP.
