The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB#8670 McCarthy School Roof Replacement and Associated Work. The project work consists of the partial renovation of the existing roof consisting of removing a portion of the existing roofing system and the installation of a new roofing system for the educational facility. The building shall be designed and constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for the Miriam F. McCarthy School 8 Flagg Drive, Framingham, MA 01702.
DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is Roofing and Flashing

Section 22 0001 - PLUMBING
Section 23 0001 - HVAC
Section 26 0001 - ELECTRICAL WORK
