    NOTICE TO BIDDERS
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Paterson New Jersey shall receive sealed bids at the
    Purchasing Agent office, located at, City Hall, 155 Market Street, 4th Floor, Paterson, New Jersey 07505
    until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on display in the Purchasing Office, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 and
    then publicly opened, and read aloud in the Purchasing Agent Conference Room for the Following:
    RESTORATION OF THE HISTORIC STRUCTURES AT WESTSIDE PARK PHASE-II, BID NO. 25.28
    The bid package will be distributed electronically and will NOT be available in paper hard copy.
    A download link will be provided to the Pre-Qualified Bidders by the Purchasing Division.
    Bid package fees are waived.
    A Walkthrough is scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 11:00 am at Site Location:

    All bidders are urged to attend as this will be the only time to inspect the work site.
    Please be advised that State funds through the Green Acres Program are being utilized in this project. Under
    N.J.A.C. 7:1D-2.1 et seq., Bidders currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded from
    participation on this project.
    Bids will only be accepted from Bidders that were pre-qualified through the City of Paterson pre-
    qualification process per Res: 24-324.
    The City of Paterson requires that a bidder must submit with his bid, a bid guarantee in the form of a bid
    bond, certified check, or cashier’s check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, along with consent
    of surety from a Bonding Company. In no case shall the bid guarantee exceed $20,000.00.
    Bidders must comply with regulations of the “New Jersey Local Public Contract Law” (N.J.S.A.40A: 11-
    1et.seq.), Affirmative Action regulations N.J.S.A.10:5-31et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, the New Jersey Prevailing
    Wage Act 12:60-1 et seq. (N.J.S.A.34:11-56-1 et. seq., N.J.S.A.34:11-56.25 et. seq.), New Jersey
    Contractor Business Registration Certificate N.J.S.A.52.32-44 and the Public Works Contractor
    Registration Act N.J.S.A.34:11-56.48 et. seq.
