Invitation to Bidders:
C.R. Crawford Construction, acting as Construction Manager for the Valley View School District, will be receiving sealed and/or emailed bids for trade contract packages for the Valley View High School- Band Room Addition, located in Valley View School District, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Bids will be received until 2:00 PM CST, May 26th, 2026, and should be addressed or delivered to Caleb Wilson ( CWilson@CRCrawford.com ) or Cassidy McClard ( CMcClard@CRCrawford.com ). There will not be a public bid opening. Bids will be received and placed under review. The Project Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formalities. Any bids received after the stated bid time will not be considered.

Construction Documents and the CRCC Construction Management Manual (which includes Trade Package descriptions, Bid Forms and Instructions to Bidders) can be obtained by emailing Caleb Wilson ( CWilson@CRCrawford.com ) or Cassidy McClard ( CMcClard@CRCrawford.com ).
Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid which exceeds $35,000, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and the work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, C.R. Crawford Construction and Valley View School District encourages all small, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
