Event Description
To have a contractor harvest hay from approximately 12.92 acres located east of the South Dakota
National Guard (SDNG) Sturgis Armory, adjacent to Sturgis High School. The haying area lies directly
east of the Armory parking lot and falls within clearly defined boundaries. The Contractor shall provide all
personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform the services as
described in these specifications in Exhibit A – Hay Conditions SOW.
Copy of Exhibit A is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Proposals shall conform to all instructions, conditions, and requirements included in the Request for
Proposal. Prospective vendors are expected to carefully examine all documentation contained in this
RFP and be willing to accept each requirement term and condition.
Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will
be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed to
Ms. Michelle Wells at Michelle.l.wells34.nfg@army.mil with the subject line “RFP #25RFP15944”.
The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the
State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other
statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this
RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this
RFP
