Wrightsville Streets and Drainage Improvements Project

Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Wrightsville Streets and Drainage Improvements in Wrightsville, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Wrightsville, AR at Wrightsville City Hall 13022 AR-365, Little Rock, AR 72206, until 2:00 PM on Thursday June 4th, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at Wrightsville City Hall 13022 AR-365, Little Rock, AR 72206. Potential contractors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference.
The scope of work consists of a mill and overlay of 6 streets and drainage improvements in Wrightsville, AR construction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($100.00 cost per set obtained) at Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72201.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law. All bidders are required to be registered with sam.gov .
