RFP # 2024-001 - PIER PLAQUES

Qualified retail establishments are invited to submit statements of interest, qualifications and experience proposals to the Town of Surfside Beach to provide custom commemorative plaques to be installed on the Surfside Beach Fishing Pier. Submissions should include the following:
• Pricing for various options and sizes (appropriate for outdoor environment).
• Online ordering process if available.
• Turnaround of product after submittal of purchase/order.
• Quality material types for the Surfside Beach Pier.

The Town’s objective is to identify a retail establishment to assist with the processing of pier plaque orders from residents and tourists. All Statements of Qualifications must be received at the Town of Surfside Beach Town Hall, in C/O the Pier Committee, at 210 U.S. Highway 17 South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575 no later than December 31, 2024, at which time only the names of the Offerors will be announced. Any submission received later than the specified time/date may be accepted/considered. Hand-delivered submissions should be delivered to the same above referenced address. Facsimile and email proposals are acceptable, but no telephone proposals will be accepted.
