**Amendment 01**
-The purpose of this amendment is to add Statement of Work and DoD Instruction 4500.53
The 23d Contracting Squadron’s Services Flight is conducting market research for a one-time service contract to establish a firm-fixed price contract. The 38th RQS requires contracted support for access to facilities and equipment to conduct Military Free Fall (MFF) operations training over a 5- day period within 8 hours by vehicle from Moody AFB. Training will include canopy control and relative flight stack flying, handled by 38th Pararescuemen who will provide all internal academic instruction, MFF instruction, and debriefs. The contractor will provide the necessary facilities and logistical support to conduct these operations, including night-time jump training capability.
Responses to this Sources Sought announcement should reference the announcement number and include the following information:

• Capabilities statement
