Sealed Bids for the construction of College Street Drainage Improvements รข Phase 2 will be received by THE TOWN OF CHRISTIANSBURG at the office of the PROCUREMENT OFFICER, until 3:00 PM local time on July 9, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The project consists of a grading, tree removal, stormwater detention pond, stormwater pipe and drop inlets, curb inlets, sidewalk, curb and gutter, a large stormwater junction box, domestic sanitary sewer pump station removal and new lateral, retaining wall, pavement repair, permanent stabilization, and associated appurtenances.
