SEWER INSPECTION SOFTWARE SOLUTION

Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) Public Works Department (PWD), Water Utilities Division, is seeking qualified bidders to provide, install, configure, and integrate a web-based, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), NASSCO-certified Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP), Manhole Assessment Certification Program (MACP), and Lateral Assessment Certification Program (LACP) software system. The proposed software will replace the City's current sewer condition assessment software and will support the City's ongoing sanitary sewer condition assessment program. The system will be an integral part of the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) planning process and will provide access to digital CCTV inspection videos for various City departments and divisions.
