Description:

The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number L09133 titled Blodgett Hall Minor Rehabilitation until 2:00 p.m. local time on August 5, 2025, at the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by June 26, 2026.

Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be obtained from Dataflow, 2215 Central Avenue, Schenectady, NY 12304 or at Albany@godataflow.com ; and from the following website: www.nyplanroom.com under “Public Jobs.”

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49 for printed copies or $20 for electronic copies, made payable to Dataflow, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: Derek Jeffers at Derek.Jeffers@oneonta.edu and to Killian Miles at kmiles@csarchpc.com. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is 7/23/25 by 2:00pm.

A project walk through will be held on 7/16/25 at 10:00am at Job Trailer. Please meet at the construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
