General Notice
City of Chamblee, Georgia (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from
Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms (Proposer) for pre-construction services and the
construction of the following Project:
NANCY CREEK AND SAVOY TRAIL
Owner will receive printed Statements of Qualifications demonstrating the Proposer's
qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the Project at the Chamblee City
Hall located at 3518 Broad Street, Chamblee, Georgia, until 10:00 A.M. local time, August 11, 2026.
After that time, Owner will no longer accept Statements of Qualifications. See Requests for
Qualifications for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications.
CMAR services are to be provided under a single contract. The CMAR Contract will include
preconstruction services, subcontractor procurement, and construction services. The Project
consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements of Work:
Installation of approximately 6,800 linear feet of multi-use concrete trail along Nancy
Creek from Chamblee Dunwoody Road to North Peachtree Road. The project scope
includes a 12-ft wide concrete multi-use trail, three (3) prefabricated pedestrian bridges,
retaining walls, a new ADA-compliant sidewalk connection, streambank stabilization of
Nancy Creek, storm drainage, landscaping, site work, erosion/sediment control measures,
labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work.
All required federal, state, and local permits as well as required easements or rights of way for the
project will be obtained prior to Construction.
Obtaining the Statement of Qualifications Documents

Proposers are urged to register with the Engineer, even if Statements of Qualifications Documents
are obtained from a plan room or source other than the Issuing Office in either electronic or paper
format. The Issuing Office will periodically distribute official notifications, addenda, and other
information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be
responsible for Statements of Qualifications Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from
sources other than the designated website.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Statements of Qualifications Documents at the
Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and
may obtain a digital copy of the Statements of Qualifications Documents from the Issuing Office
for a nonrefundable fee of $25.00. A PDF version of the Project Statements of Qualifications
Documents will be made available for download upon request and payment to the City of
Chamblee. Partial sets of the Statements of Qualifications Documents will not be available from
the Issuing Office.
Questions regarding this RFQ shall be received in writing no later than 5:00 P.M. local time,
August 3, 2026.
Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject fully or partially any or all submittals,
to evaluate submittals, and to accept any submittal which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest
of the Owner. Interviews with Proposers are not anticipated but may be held at the option of the
Owner. The Owner reserves the right to obtain clarification or additional information with any
firm regarding their proposal. The Owner reserves the right to select a responsive, responsible firm
on basis of best value that is most advantageous to the Owner.
