Summary

The work consists of demolishing the existing concrete abutments. Provide for the design and construction of a 160-foot-long pre-engineered modular steel bridge and concrete abutments. This work also includes the resurfacing of the existing adjacent trail and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Driveway expansion at 27513 Lower Burnett Rd. E, Buckley, WA, relocating the mailbox, relocating the existing 15’ swing gate, and installing one 15’ wide swing gate.

Pre-bid walk-throughs will be held at the construction entrance of the Foothill Trails Bridge on TUESDAY 01-07-2025 a 01:00 PM PST. Please meet by the swing gate on Lower Burnett Road East (located immediately North of 27513 Lower Burnett Road E, Buckley, WA 98321) by 01:00 PM PST on January 7th. Please refer to the bid set drawings C1.01 - Site Location Map and Construction Entrance Location Map.

The pre-bid walkthrough will begin at the Foothill Trails Bridge and continue down the trail adjacent to the bridge.
