The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to demolition and abatement, and interior alterations to renovate the Thun Field Airport Office building located at 16915 103

Ave E. Puyallup, WA 98374. Improvements include but not limited to the following: Site improvements: new side sewer extension and decommissioning of the septic tank. Exterior: gutters and downspouts, painting, windows, ADA access, lighting. Interior: demolition of existing walls and installation of new offices, kitchen, laundry, garage, bathrooms, and storage rooms.
