Bid 24-189 ROUTINE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE OF CITY FIRE ALARMS AND SPRINKLERS

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit: There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit to each location held on October 21, 2024, at 8:30 am (CST). Vendors shall meet in the Conley Meeting Room, lower level of Wheaton City Hall, located at 303 W. Wesley St., Wheaton, IL 60187. Parking is available at City Hall. Vendors shall provide their own transportation to each site. Vendors shall have the opportunity to inspect the location(s) and seek clarifications to the solicitation. Vendors shall have fully reviewed all solicitation documents and correspondence prior to the pre-bid meeting. Attendance and sign-in at the pre-bid meeting is required for those wishing to submit a bid. The City will not accept bids from Vendors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and sign the pre-bid sign in sheet. This will be the only site visit offered.
