INTENT
It is the intent of these specifications to enter into a varying price contract with a licensed scrap dealer to remove mixed ferrous scrap at periodic intervals from several locations.
CONTRACT TERM
The contract period shall be a three (3) year period commencing at or about February 1, 2025 and continue for three (3) years thereafter. The contract may be renewed for an additional two (2) year contract period.
