The Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, (AFRL/RX) is soliciting proposals for High-Performance Electromagnetic Spectrum Survivable Materials Advancement (HELMSSMAN).
The primary objective of this program is to research, assess, develop, test, evaluate, prototype, demonstrate, and transition technologies that support Advanced Development Vision Protection Materials and Materials for Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Resilience.
