Request for Proposals - Revegetation Management Services

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide revegetation management services. Interested contractors must submit proposals.
District intends to award multiple three-year Price Agreements.

Proposal Documents Due: 4:00:00 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2026.

Proposals for this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted to Marcela Erceg, Procurement Specialist, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at
https://bidlocker.us/details/5606_Request_For_Proposals___Revegetation_Management_Services (Bid Locker) by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 4:00:00 p.m. local time. Late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed or emailed will not be accepted. Before contractors can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus. There is no cost to register. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.

It is the Contractor’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, responses to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating Contractors by email or by any other means of any of the

Contractors need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
