|
Pitt County, N.C. is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified consulting firms interested in providing services for the development of an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan.
The County will use these services to evaluate existing facilities, programs, services and public rights-of-way for compliance with ADA requirements and to develop a comprehensive plan for achieving compliance.

Qualifications:
|
The County will evaluate only proposals received from Consultants who meet minimum technical and managerial qualifications on similar projects.
If the Consultant desires to use subcontractors, then the Consultant must identify subcontractors and be willing to fully accept the responsibility for the subcontractors and to indemnify the County for the Consultants use of the subcontractor as if the subcontractors work was done by the consultant.

Submittal Requirements
Please submit one (1) electronic copy on a thumb drive. Proposals shall not exceed 25 pages. Submittals may include spreadsheets, graphics and logos.

All questions shall be in writing or email and need to be submitted by Wednesday May 27th at 5:00 P.M. Questions will be answered and will be provided by email to all who have been sent the RFQ. The County will respond to questions within 5 business days of receipt of questions.
