SPORTS COMPLEX & CENTRAL PARK MASTER PLAN. The City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota is seeking comprehensive proposals for a master plan that addresses a range of project needs, including site development and sports facilities scenarios with financial analysis for each option, community engagement, phased development recommendations, and a long-term park management plan. Preference will be given to professionals with success in multi-use sports complex/facility planning from concept to implementation.
