Bids will be accepted until 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the Office of the County Clerk, located in the Riley County Office Building, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, KS. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 9:20 AM on Thursday, August 14, 2025, during the Board of County Commissioners meeting at Family and Child Resource Center (FCRC) 2101 Claflin Road, Room#124, Manhattan, KS.
Principal Items of Work:
Alt. 1: Approximately 0.60 miles and Two Cul-de-sacs of 6” Bituminous Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay and Gravel Shouldering.
Alt. 2: Approximately 0.60 miles and Two Cul-de-sacs of Grade 4.0 (AE) Concrete and Gravel Shouldering.
Alt. 3: Approximately 0.60 miles and Two Cul-de-sacs of Grade 4.0 (AE) Concrete with Welded Wire Fabric (mesh), and Gravel Shouldering.
