The Livingston County Land Bank Corporation (“Land Bank”) is seeking proposals from
qualified modular home builders and installers for the installation of a new single-family
modular home on a soon to be vacant lot located at 1 Price Street, Nunda, New York 14517. The property is currently owned by the Land Bank and the existing home will be demolished under separate contract prior to the beginning of this project.
